Cayman Islands – Fee Changes for Companies, LLCs and Partnerships effective on 1 January 2024

Following on our E-newsletter on 3 November 2023, the Ministry of Financial Services of the Cayman Islands announced on 1 December 2023 that “a number of fee changes relating to companies, limited liability companies, exempted limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships are slated to take effect on 1 January 2024.”

Relevant amendments of legislations in respect of fee changes as below have been published in the Government Gazette on 30 November 2023:

  1. Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Companies Act (2023 Revision) – fees
  2. Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) – fees
  3. Amendment of Schedule 1 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) – fees
  4. Amendment of the Schedule of the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020
