繼我們於 2023 年 11 月 3 日發布的電子新聞後，開曼群島金融服務部於 2023 年 12 月 1 日宣布，「與公司、有限責任公司、豁免有限合夥企業和有限責任合夥企業相關的一系列費用變更將於2024 年 1 月 1 日生效。」
有關費用變動的法例修訂如下，並已於2023年11月30日在政府憲報刊登：
- 《公司法》（2023 年修訂版）附表 5 修正案－費用 Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Companies Act (2023 Revision) – fees
- 有限責任公司（費用）條例（2020 年修訂版）附表修正案- 費用 Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) – fees
- 豁免有限合夥企業條例（2021 年修訂版）附表 1 的修訂 – 費用 Amendment of Schedule 1 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) – fees
- 2020 年有限責任合夥企業（費用）條例附表修正案 Amendment of the Schedule of the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020
