继我们于2023 年11月3 日发布的电子新闻后，开曼群岛金融服务部于2023 年12 月1 日宣布，「与公司、有限责任公司、豁免有限合伙企业和有限责任合伙企业相关的一系列费用变更将于2024年1 月1 日生效。」
有关费用变动的法例修订如下，并已于2023年11月30日在政府宪报刊登：
- 《公司法》（2023 年修订版）附表 5 修正案－费用 Amendment of Schedule 5 to the Companies Act (2023 Revision) – fees
- 有限责任公司（费用）条例（2020 年修订版）附表修正案- 费用 Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) – fees
- 豁免有限合伙企业条例（2021 年修订版）附表 1 的修订 – 费用 Amendment of Schedule 1 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) – fees
- 2020 年有限责任合伙企业（费用）条例附表修正案 Amendment of the Schedule of the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020
