The Seychelles Financial Services Authority has recently revised the fees payable for incorporation and annual renewal of the International Business Companies (“IBC”) with effect from 1st April 2020. Please note the revised fees in the following summary table for your attention.
1 Incorporation Fees

Late annual renewal fees payable as from 1st April 2020 will also be revised as follows:

| Late IBC renewal (50%) | USD 70 |
Please note that for all transactions carried out before 1st April 2020, the current fees will be applicable and that all transactions carried out on or after 1st April 2020, the new revised fees will be applicable. Fees for certain filings and certificate applications will be revised. However, the Registered Agent and Registered Office fees of Sertus on both incorporation and annual renewal shall remain unchanged until further notice.
