Further to our e-news of 27 August 2019, one of the amendments of the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019 is that a company’s list of current directors, and where applicable, the current alternate directors, is maintained and made available for public inspection at the Companies Registry with a fee. This will come into force on 1 October 2019.

The information available is limited to the names of the current directors and alternate directors. It does not include any other personal details or past record of company’s directors.
